We like to think it’s because we are very easy to work with, we steer away from drama and ego and we focus on getting the job completed on time and to budget.  We are always very consultative with our clients, when you meet us you wont receive a hard pitch or pressure, we want to listen to you and understand your vision and ideas and required outcomes for your video production – it’s that simple.  We are based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates although you wont find us to be a typically “Dubai” media company.  We really know what we are doing, and the relationships we have with our clients tend to be a lot more encompassing than just video production.  Sometimes we engage on a social media project, high level communications strategy or on a CSR consulting project first and the relationship grows from there.  Customers that approached us for a simple corporate video a year ago are now using H2O for their entire online media strategy – so if that’s a testament to our approach we are pleased our customers are happy and we are doing the right things.
